We offer personalized wedding DJ services tailored to your needs, with packages that include everything you want, and nothing that you don't. After a free consultation, we'll provide you with a quote that covers everything we discussed, outlining your perfect wedding would look like. We prefer offering customization and options, rather than giving pre-determined packages which include extras that you're not after.
But, we can give you some information and ball-park figures, which can help answer the most common question:
"How much does a wedding DJ cost in Calgary?"
Professional DJ companies here in Calgary typically charge $1200 - $2000+ for a full length reception (8 hours of DJing), and $200 - 400 extra for ceremony services. The total price also depends on a number of factors, including location (in or outside of Calgary), venue, duration, venue size, number of guests, and optional upgrades such as LED up-lighting. Our DJ services are flexible, and very reasonably priced near the lower end of that that range.
Some beginner/amateur DJs, without any website nor much of portfolio for clients to view, may charge less than professional companies, but you never know what you're going to get. Most of the services listed above we would consider essentials, which are included in every wedding DJ package we offer.
For example, every DJ on our team has a unlimited music library, mixes the songs you want live, and adapts to the energy in the room.
Some details are event-specific (ceremony music, outdoor setup, bigger sound system for more guests, etc.) Perhaps you only need a DJ for the dance portion, from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with no need for cocktails or dinner music. We can do that.
We also offer upgrades, such as LED up-lighting , extra speakers and subwoofers, extra microphones, and more. It's all up to you.

LED Uplighting
LED uplighting is a wedding entertainment upgrade provided by professional wedding DJ companies. Uplighting can provide colour, warmth, and illumination to your wedding reception venue.
How does LED uplighting work?
We place individual LED lights along the bottom of the walls, so that they shine up to the roof. You choose the colour that suits you and your decor, and we'll set up the perfect amount of lights for your venue, usually 6 - 12. You can illuminate the walls, or highlight specific elements of the room, such as pillars, backdrops, the head table, and more.
That is totally up to you. Not every room can or should have LED uplighting, so this is a matter of personal choice. Some wedding venues have their own built in lighting system, like the Cornerstone Theatre in Canmore. Some rooms may look better naturally with their own decor and interior design, for example, Venue 308 in East Village Calgary. Some rooms come to life with our professional wedding uplighting services, like the ballroom at the Sheraton Eau Claire, as pictured to the left.

Outdoor ceremonies are very popular among wedding couples, and for good reason. Enjoying the sun the and natural beauty of our province is a great way to take your wedding ceremony to the next level. And luckily, living in Calgary we are blessed with 333 days of sunshine, so there's a good chance that you'll be able to go through with your outdoor wedding ceremony from June to October.
